Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Cannes, France to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering a memorable, high‑touch client experience aligned with Bottega Veneta’s luxury positioning.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets using refined sales techniques and proactive client engagement.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, ensuring comprehensive after‑sales service and client satisfaction.
- Regularly collect, update and maintain client data in the CRM and in the Client Book to support clienteling and follow‑up.
- Monitor stock status, submit and follow up on transfer requests, and ensure inventory information is accurate.
- Share best practices with colleagues to foster team cohesion and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, boutique processes and visual/service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven background as a Client Advisor or Sales Advisor, ideally with experience in luxury retail.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to prêt‑à‑porter and ready‑to‑wear product categories.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with an international clientele.
- Commercially minded and proactive in proposing initiatives to improve sales performance.
- Ability to cross‑sell across product categories and manage complex client needs.
- Flexible, resilient, and motivated by targets and a high‑service environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
Skills
Experience
Proven experience working as a Client Advisor or in a comparable sales role within luxury retail. Prior exposure to prêt‑à‑porter or fashion leather goods is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification in retail, commerce or a related discipline; a degree or professional training in fashion, luxury retail or business is a plus.
