Bottega Veneta Client Advisor in Cancun — deliver luxury client service, meet sales KPIs and support store operations within the Kering group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross‑selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and conversion.
- Identify, cultivate and retain a loyal client base; maintain and update client profiles and contact records accurately.
- Sustain an expert level of product knowledge across collections using company training resources and share product storytelling with clients.
- Support basic store opening and closing procedures, assist with cycle counts and light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Uphold visual merchandising and presentation standards, including signage, lighting and general store maintenance.
- Comply with company policies and foster a professional, respectful environment for colleagues and clients.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service role; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and consistently exceed sales goals and KPI metrics.
- Demonstrated aptitude for building and sustaining client relationships and repeat business.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and brand narratives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; polished, well‑groomed professional appearance.
- Physically able to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods; able to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5–8 lbs.
- Availability to work closing shifts (minimum three per week), at least three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and full holiday season.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical studies in fashion, retail or clienteling preferred.
