Bottega Veneta Client Advisor position in Boston, MA. $23–$25/hr plus commission. Full-time retail sales role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through strategic client outreach, appointment setting, and consignment development
  • Develop and acquire new clients while maintaining engagement with existing clientele regarding collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives
  • Implement the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques including cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize transaction value
  • Establish, nurture, and professionally maintain strong client relationships through meticulous profile record management and personalized service
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across technical specifications and inspirational narratives of all collections through structured training resources
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts, visual merchandising standards, merchandise presentation, and facility maintenance
  • Support the maintenance of a fair, dignified, and respectful workplace environment in compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Seek constructive feedback from colleagues and management to continuously refine sales approach and professional performance

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of demonstrated retail sales experience in a customer service–focused environment, preferably within luxury retail
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Capacity to build and sustain a loyal client following
  • Genuine passion for fashion with active engagement in industry trends and developments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Polished personal presentation and professional grooming standards
  • Physical capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Availability to work minimum three closing shifts per week, minimum three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory, and the complete holiday season
  • Ability to safely climb ladders and regularly lift packages weighing 5–8 pounds

Experience
