Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignment activity.
  • Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value.
  • Develop, maintain and regularly update comprehensive client profiles and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Sustain high product knowledge across collections (technical and inspirational) using company training resources.
  • Support visual merchandising and store standards including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting and general maintenance.
  • Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, cycle counts and light housekeeping as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing role; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrable clienteling ability with a track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
  • High stamina for prolonged periods on the sales floor; able to lift small packages and climb a ladder regularly.
  • Availability for scheduled closings (minimum three per week), at least three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.

Experience
