Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base by scheduling appointments, managing consignments, and informing clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and expertise across all collections through available training resources.
  • Support store management with opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and maintaining visual standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exemplary work ethic and leadership capabilities. High energy and team-oriented approach. Polished and professional appearance.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury sector.

This position is based in Beverly Hills, California, USA, within easy reach of Los Angeles.

Compensation

Salary range of $24.00-28.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
