Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base by scheduling appointments, managing consignments, and informing clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Continuously expand product knowledge and expertise across all collections through available training resources.
- Support store management with opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

Compensation
