Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and outreach.
  • Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge through company-provided training resources.
  • Support store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and fair environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High energy level and strong leadership capabilities. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
