Bottega Veneta Client Advisor position in Berlin KaDeWe; luxury retail sales and stock management role with Kering.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy and maximize store business potential through effective selling techniques
- Collect, maintain, and update customer information in the CRM and Client Book to develop lasting relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with company standards
- Execute seamless merchandise reception with quality control and system registration
- Maintain an organized, premium stock environment with optimal storage, accessibility, and regular inventory controls
- Coordinate stock movements including transfers, returns, and consignment across locations
- Oversee inventory administration and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation requirements (e.g., CITES)
- Uphold company standards and procedures in all retail and stock operations
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture through information-sharing and best-practice dissemination
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional work experience
- Sales experience in fashion and luxury retail environments
- Excellent customer service orientation with high flexibility to adapt to diverse customer profiles
- Strong commercial results orientation and performance-driven mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach to logistics and stock management
- Proficiency in German and English (additional languages an advantage)
