Bottega Veneta is hiring a Client Advisor (part-time, fixed-term weekends) in Barcelona Paseo — weekend role May–September focused on sales and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store commercial objectives.
- Apply effective luxury selling techniques and clienteling to maximise revenue.
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service aligned with brand standards.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-up and CRM utilisation.
- Collect, update and manage customer data in the CRM and Client Book.
- Maintain accurate stock information and execute store-to-store transfer procedures.
- Share best practices and market feedback with the team to support collective performance.
- Adhere to company standards, visual and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proven sales experience, preferably within fashion and luxury retail environments.
- Exceptional customer-service mindset with high flexibility to adapt to diverse clientele.
- Strong communication and empathic interpersonal skills.
- Commercially driven with a demonstrable results orientation.
- Team-player mentality, ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from May to September (fixed-term).
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts, with a track record of meeting sales targets and effective client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
