Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to optimize each transaction and enhance KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury sector.
