Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
- Implement the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and deploy selling techniques (cross‑selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and conversion.
- Develop and nurture a loyal client base; maintain and update accurate client profile records and CRM data.
- Maintain an elevated level of product knowledge — technical and inspirational — by engaging with company training resources.
- Support store operations including opening/closing duties, cycle counts, light maintenance and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to an inclusive, respectful workplace where colleagues are treated with dignity.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer‑facing role; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and consistently exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrable clienteling ability with a track record of building and sustaining client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Availability to work regular closing shifts (minimum three per week), at least three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift packages of 5–8 lbs regularly.

Experience
1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service environment, with previous luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
