Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring up-to-date client profile records.
  • Continuously seek and incorporate feedback from colleagues and management to improve performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
