The Client Advisor delivers exceptional service, drives sales, builds lasting client relationships and supports store operations at Bottega Veneta in Amsterdam. The role includes styling clients, managing client information and stock, and achieving sales and customer experience KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and an emotional client experience in line with Bottega Veneta’s Client Journey standards.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in alignment with company strategy, including achieving at least 80% of the individual sales target versus CA.
• Build long-term client relationships and foster a clienteling culture.
• Collect and update client information to optimize CRM usage.
• Represent and uphold the Bottega Veneta brand image in all interactions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury, collections, and current fashion trends.
• Use knowledge of silhouettes and suggest alternative items to support clients’ discovery of the collection.
• Provide confident styling advice that reflects the brand’s creative vision.
• Keep stock organized, monitor deliveries and availability, and promptly communicate out-of-stock items and other relevant information.
• Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines consistently.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks and responsibilities.
• Support store operations and collaborate with the team to provide a seamless shopping experience.
• Achieve performance measures covering individual sales versus target and store turnover, KPI achievement rate (UPT, CR, CS), mapping scores, after-sales customer satisfaction, NPS and mystery shopping rate, Luce and Edapp campaign completion rate, and the number of personal appointments and their ATV versus total store revenue.
