Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Bottega Veneta collections and fashion trends with a sophisticated, conversational approach
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalized engagement
- Deliver best-in-class service aligned with Bottega Veneta's Client Journey framework
- Style ready-to-wear, footwear, and accessories collections with tailored recommendations based on individual client needs
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through effective closing techniques
- Utilize multiple sales channels and new retail technologies to enhance the client experience
- Contribute constructively to team operations and support colleagues in daily activities
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury fashion and current collections
- Proven ability to build strong, long-term client relationships
- Experience in personalized styling across apparel, footwear, and accessories
- Familiarity with clienteling practices and CRM-based sales approaches

Education
