Bottega Veneta seeks Assistant Store Manager in Stuttgart, Germany. Lead retail operations and team, drive sales, and deliver luxury customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of store and individual sales targets
  • Maximize business potential across departments in line with company strategy
  • Monitor efficiency of clienteling tools and optimize staffing vs. business needs
  • Manage store image and operations in accordance with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures
  • Oversee stock management to ensure merchandise availability and quality
  • Cultivate effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customers
  • Deliver excellence in customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Support the team in achieving individual and team sales and clienteling targets
  • Analyze sales figures and KPIs to identify performance trends and opportunities
  • Partner with Retail Manager to develop solutions and improve sales opportunities
  • Build trust and maintain a positive team environment even during critical situations
  • Engage and motivate the team toward common business goals
  • Adapt interpersonal style to different people and situations, resolving complaints and conflicts effectively
  • Delegate tasks based on team members' skills to support their professional development

Qualifications
