Bottega Veneta seeks Assistant Store Manager in Stuttgart, Germany. Lead retail operations and team, drive sales, and deliver luxury customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of store and individual sales targets
- Maximize business potential across departments in line with company strategy
- Monitor efficiency of clienteling tools and optimize staffing vs. business needs
- Manage store image and operations in accordance with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures
- Oversee stock management to ensure merchandise availability and quality
- Cultivate effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customers
- Deliver excellence in customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
- Support the team in achieving individual and team sales and clienteling targets
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs to identify performance trends and opportunities
- Partner with Retail Manager to develop solutions and improve sales opportunities
- Build trust and maintain a positive team environment even during critical situations
- Engage and motivate the team toward common business goals
- Adapt interpersonal style to different people and situations, resolving complaints and conflicts effectively
- Delegate tasks based on team members' skills to support their professional development
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to foster accountability
- Ensure team awareness of company policies and procedures
- Maintain attention to detail in accordance with quality luxury standards
Qualifications
- Excellent management and organizational skills with strong results orientation

- Fluency in English and German (mandatory); additional languages preferred
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector, with a demonstrated track record of team leadership and sales achievement. Experience managing store operations and driving commercial results is essential.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualifications in business management, hospitality, or retail operations preferred.
