Bottega Veneta seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Seoul to support store leadership, drive sales performance, and manage team operations in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in achieving individual and team sales and clienteling targets
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs using available data systems to identify performance insights and sales opportunities
- Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement solutions that maximize sales opportunities and drive operational improvements
- Inspire trust and maintain a positive work environment, particularly during challenging periods
- Engage and motivate team members toward shared business objectives
- Adapt interpersonal approach to suit different team members and situations; manage complaints and conflicts constructively
- Delegate tasks based on individual team member skills and development areas to foster professional growth
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to develop accountability and competence within the team
- Understand and apply company policies and procedures; ensure team compliance and awareness
