Assistant Store Manager at Bottega Veneta in Las Vegas Fontainebleau, driving sales and mentoring retail teams in luxury fashion retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support overall store operations, business performance, customer service delivery, and brand image maintenance
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and support team members in meeting individual sales goals
- Maximize store business potential and departmental sales performance in alignment with company strategy
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, support career growth, and drive individual and collective sales performance
- Monitor proper use and data quality of sales staff client books and collaborate on action plans
- Assist Store Manager with recruitment of store associates and maintain candidate pipeline
- Facilitate staff training, new hire inductions, and ensure appropriate follow-up procedures
- Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and brand service values
- Deliver exceptional service to all clientele through professional client relationship management
- Execute operational functions including store opening and closing, point-of-sale procedures, and back-office management
- Maintain a fair, dignified, and respectful workplace environment for all associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial capacity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams with organizational awareness and flexibility
- Ability to adapt with strong product knowledge and understanding of Bottega Veneta brand philosophy
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Physical capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to work closing shifts a minimum of 3 times per week, 3 Saturdays per month, and 2 Sundays per month
- Availability for annual inventory and full holiday season coverage
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs. regularly
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role, with demonstrated ability to coach teams, drive sales performance, and manage operational functions. Background in luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further retail management training or certification is advantageous.
