Bottega Veneta seeks Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas. Lead retail operations, manage sales teams, and drive luxury customer experiences. $90K–$100K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, business performance, customer service excellence, and brand image maintenance
- Drive achievement of store sales targets whilst supporting the team to meet individual sales goals
- Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and drive both individual and collective sales performance
- Monitor client book accuracy and data quality; collaborate with sales staff on action plans and client management
- Assist with recruitment of store associates and candidate pool development
- Facilitate staff training programs, new hire inductions, and ensure proper follow-up procedures
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and brand service values
- Manage operational functions including store opening/closing, register operations, and back office procedures
- Foster a workplace environment where all associates are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team mentorship capabilities
- Strong knowledge of luxury brand philosophy and product portfolio
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Physical capability to work extended periods on the sales floor
- Flexibility to work closing shifts a minimum of 3 times weekly, 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays monthly, plus annual inventory and holiday season
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs. regularly

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role, with demonstrated proficiency in team leadership, sales management, and operational oversight within a luxury environment.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 per annum.
