Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Manager
Bottega Veneta is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas, NV — lead boutique sales, coach teams and manage operations. $80–90K + discretionary bonus.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to protect business performance, customer service standards and the brand image in the boutique.
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and support the team to meet individual sales goals and departmental objectives.
- Coach, mentor and develop retail associates to enhance competencies, individual sales and overall store performance.
- Manage clienteling and client book data quality; partner with sales staff to define action plans that grow clientele and revenues.
- Collaborate with merchandising and corporate teams to ensure optimal product assortment and stock allocation.
- Partner with the Operations Manager to uphold operational policies and procedures, including opening/closing and back-office processes.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training initiatives; maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta standards and deliver exceptional, brand-aligned service to all clientele.
- Maintain a respectful workplace where associates are treated fairly and with dignity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience in a managerial role, ideally within luxury fashion.
- Demonstrable ability to coach teams, manage performance and drive sales in a boutique environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with organizational awareness and adaptability.
- Availability to work frequent closing shifts (minimum three weekly), at least three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.
- Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift packages of 5–8 lbs regularly.

Experience
Requires a minimum of 3–5 years of retail experience in a managerial capacity, with prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or professional training in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
