Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Manager in Hong Kong – luxury retail leadership role overseeing sales, CRM, and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support achievement of store and individual sales targets through strategic category management and business optimization
- Mentor, motivate, and retain store staff while fostering teamwork and supporting staff scheduling aligned with business needs
- Monitor and maintain CRM tools and client books to enhance customer relationships and drive personalized engagement
- Manage store image, visual merchandising, and operational procedures in accordance with Bottega Veneta standards
- Oversee stock management to ensure merchandise availability and optimal inventory rotation
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and market positioning
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers through consultative selling

Qualifications
