Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Manager in Hong Kong | Luxury Retail Leadership Role
Role & Responsibilities
- Support achievement of store and individual sales targets through effective team leadership and sales strategy execution
- Maximize business potential and category-specific sales performance in alignment with company strategy
- Mentor, motivate, and retain store staff while fostering teamwork and operational cohesion
- Optimize staff scheduling and resource allocation to meet business demands
- Monitor and maintain CRM tools and client book to enhance customer relationship management
- Ensure store image and operations comply with Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and brand guidelines
- Manage stock levels to guarantee merchandise availability and optimal service delivery
