Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Manager position in Busan, Korea. Lead retail sales team, manage operations, and drive clienteling targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support team in achieving individual and team sales and clienteling targets
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs using available data and systems to identify performance trends and sales opportunities
- Partner with Store Manager to develop effective solutions that maximize sales opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Inspire trust through honesty and maintain a positive team environment, particularly during challenging situations
- Engage and motivate team members to work toward collective goals and shared objectives
- Adapt interpersonal approach to suit diverse team members and situations, managing complaints and conflicts with professionalism
- Delegate tasks strategically based on individual team member skills and areas of responsibility to support their professional development
