Bottega Veneta seeks temporary Assistant Store Manager in Aspen, Colorado for maternity leave coverage. $30–$35/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support overall store operations including business performance, customer service, and brand image
- Drive achievement of store sales targets while supporting individual sales goals for team members
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and drive their individual sales performance
- Monitor client book data quality and work with sales staff to develop action plans
- Recruit and maintain a pool of prospective store associates
- Facilitate staff training, new hire inductions, and follow-up procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Bottega Veneta brand values and standards
- Perform operational functions including store opening/closing, register management, and back office procedures
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a fair and respectful working environment for all associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail experience in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of luxury brand products and philosophy
- Ability to work effectively in a team with organizational awareness and flexibility
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Physical capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs regularly
- Availability for closing shifts (minimum 3 times per week), weekends (minimum 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays monthly), annual inventory, and full holiday season

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail management experience demonstrating success in driving sales, mentoring teams, and upholding brand standards in a luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or relevant training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30 to USD 35 per hour.
