Bottega Veneta is seeking a Dutch-speaking Assistant Store Manager for its De Bijenkorf location in Amsterdam. The role leads store operations and sales performance, manages and develops the team, and delivers a distinctive client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store, drive business performance, manage and motivate the team, create a distinctive client experience, achieve sales goals and optimize productivity.
- Maximize sales opportunities and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the team in achieving individual and team sales and clienteling targets.
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs using available data and systems to understand performance and sales opportunities.
- Inspire trust through honesty and help create and maintain a positive environment, particularly in critical situations.
- Adapt interpersonal style to different people and situations, and handle complaints and conflicts.
- Delegate tasks according to team members’ skills and areas of responsibility to support their development.
- Provide constructive feedback and coach team members, fostering development and accountability.
