Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
  • Address customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary, to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Stay updated on customer requirements and operational procedures.
  • Monitor daily sales targets and employ effective sales techniques to achieve them.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to company procedures and policies.
  • Maintain personal appearance and presentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Comply with Security and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Open and close the store as per business needs, following company security protocols.
  • Perform additional duties within the defined scope of the Client Advisor role.

Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
  • Experience in customer service with direct customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in Dutch.

Ability to adapt to frequent changes and high-pressure environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration. Capability to initiate contact and communication. Competence in fast-paced work settings.

Experience

Substantial experience in a similar luxury retail role with direct customer interaction is required.
