Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Director position in New York (Soho) with $120,000–$130,000 annual salary plus bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support overall store operations, business performance, customer service delivery, and brand image maintenance
  • Drive achievement of store sales targets and support team members in meeting individual sales goals
  • Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy
  • Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, support career growth, and drive individual and store-wide sales performance
  • Monitor and ensure quality of client book data alongside sales staff; develop and propose action plans for improvement
  • Assist Store Manager with recruitment of store associates and maintenance of candidate pipeline
  • Facilitate staff training sessions, new hire inductions, and ensure proper follow-up procedures
  • Enforce and comply with Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and service protocols
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients by upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally
  • Perform operational functions including store opening/closing, cash register management, and back office procedures
  • Cultivate an inclusive workplace environment where all associates are treated fairly, with dignity and respect

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Organizational awareness and operational flexibility
  • Demonstrated adaptability with strong product knowledge and understanding of brand philosophy

  • Physical capability to remain mobile on sales floor for extended periods

  • Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs. regularly
