Role & Responsibilities
- Support overall store operations, business performance, customer service delivery, and brand image integrity
- Drive achievement of store sales targets while supporting individual sales goals across the team
- Maximize business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, support career growth, and drive individual and store-wide sales performance
- Monitor and ensure quality of client relationship management data and work with sales staff to develop action plans
- Partner with Store Manager on recruiting store associates and maintaining a candidate pipeline
- Facilitate staff training, new hire inductions, and follow-up procedures
- Uphold Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and brand service values in all client interactions
- Execute operational functions including store opening and closing procedures, register management, and back office administration
- Maintain a workplace environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated adaptability and comprehensive product knowledge
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain physical presence on the sales floor for extended periods
- Willingness to work closing shifts minimum 3 times per week, minimum 3 Saturdays per month, and two Sundays per month
- Availability during annual inventory and entire holiday season
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs regularly
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial capacity, preferably within luxury retail or a premium fashion environment. Demonstrated success in driving sales performance, developing team members, and managing store operations is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 135,000 to USD 145,000 per annum.
