Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Director position in Beverly Hills, CA; manage retail operations, lead sales teams, $115K–$125K annual base salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support overall store operations including business performance, customer service, and brand image maintenance
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and support the team in meeting individual sales goals
- Maximize store business potential by optimizing sales by department in alignment with company strategy
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, support career growth, and drive individual and collective sales performance
- Monitor and ensure quality of client book data with sales staff; develop and implement action plans as needed
- Assist Store Manager with recruiting store associates and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Facilitate staff training programs, new hire inductions, and follow-up developmental activities
- Enforce and comply with all Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and brand service values
- Deliver exceptional service to all clientele while managing customer relationships professionally and timely
- Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, point-of-sale management, and back office procedures
- Foster a workplace environment where all associates are treated fairly, with dignity and respect
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion products and brand philosophy
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with organizational awareness and flexibility
- Demonstrated adaptability and strong customer service orientation
- Physical capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Available to work closing shifts minimum 3 times per week, minimum 3 Saturdays per month, 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory, and entire holiday season
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs. regularly
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or premium retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or associate degree in business preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 125,000 per annum.
