Bottega Veneta seeks Assistant Store Director in Bal Harbour. Support store operations, drive sales, and mentor retail associates in this luxury retail leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support overall store operations including business performance, customer service, and brand image representation
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and support retail associates in meeting individual sales goals
- Maximize business potential by aligning departmental sales performance with company strategy
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, support career growth, and enhance individual and store-wide sales performance
- Monitor and ensure quality of sales staff client books in collaboration with Store Manager; propose action plans with sales team
- Assist Store Manager with recruiting store associates and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates
- Facilitate staff training sessions, new hire inductions, and ensure proper follow-up procedures
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and brand service values consistently across the team
- Deliver exceptional service to clientele by managing customer relationships with professionalism and timeliness
- Execute operational functions including store openings and closings, register management, and back office procedures
- Maintain a workplace culture where all associates are treated fairly, with dignity and respect
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with organizational awareness
- Demonstrated adaptability and strong knowledge of product and brand philosophy
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability to work closing shifts a minimum of 3 times per week, minimum of 3 Saturdays per month, and two Sundays per month, plus annual inventory and entire holiday season
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs. on a regular basis

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial capacity, preferably within luxury retail or a comparable brand-driven environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or relevant coursework is advantageous.
