Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the store network project archives, including drawings and photographic records.
- Support the department with contract and agreement updates (lease agreements, AIA documents) and liaise with the Legal team and global suppliers.
- Collect project-update data and prepare regular reports for Worldwide Store Planning and Finance.
- Prepare and design presentations for regional project reviews and executive (BV Board) briefings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.
- Available to work approximately 32 hours per week.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of CAD software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Demonstrates initiative, self-sufficiency and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior architectural or preservation-related work experience is a distinct plus.

Experience
Must be a current student (architecture, preservation or related discipline); prior architectural work or internship experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a university-level program in architecture, architectural preservation, historic preservation, or a closely related discipline; must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.

The base compensation for this position is USD 17 per hour.
