Bottega Veneta seeks an Administration Officer in Hong Kong to manage office operations, HR support, and general services administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Procure office stationeries, printing materials, and equipment; coordinate with MIS and telecommunications providers for device administration
- Assist Human Resources Department with employee insurance claims filing, attendance record administration, and related clerical functions
- Evaluate vendor performance and implement process improvements to enhance office operational efficiency
- Maintain and prepare forecasts and budgets for all office-related expenses
- Supervise Office Assistant(s) to ensure office cleanliness, stationery supply management, and document delivery across Group offices
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office environment maintenance
- Execute ad-hoc administrative projects and support as assigned

- Proven experience in office administration or general services management
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
