Role & Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and implement new beauty counter and perfumery installations including merchandising strategy, local production oversight, quality control, and financial process management
- Forecast and manage continuous merchandising refurbishment requirements and maintain real-time stock status monitoring
- Oversee local production and installation of merchandising elements across retail points of sale
- Develop and coordinate visual display materials for new product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Support point-of-sale location selection and provide strategic input on retail environment optimization
- Serve as primary liaison with regional visual merchandising departments on strategic brand projects
- Monitor and manage integrated visual merchandising budget within overall brand P&L
- Design, maintain, and update brand-specific lightbox guidelines and coordinate installation requests
- Supervise vendor execution of lightbox updates and installations at retail locations coinciding with product launches
- Oversee administrative and operational tasks including incident resolution, file maintenance for installations, Color Station movements, GPS and track installation control
- Provide technical drawing design specifications ensuring visual consistency and brand identity
- Maintain comprehensive counter layout documentation and oversee point-of-sale image standards
- Support marketing team in consumer activation campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
- Proactively identify and implement local visual merchandising solutions aligned with brand requirements
Qualifications
- University degree in a related field
- Fluent English (essential)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail with aesthetic sensitivity
