As a skilled makeup artist at Bobbi Brown, you will deliver personalized, inspirational in-store consultations that educate and delight customers whilst maintaining the highest visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and demonstrations to educate and delight customers
- Execute makeup applications that showcase Bobbi Brown products and techniques with technical precision
- Maintain exemplary visual merchandising standards in-store to create competitive advantage
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Support the team to achieve sales targets whilst upholding the brand's prestige positioning
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also welcome
