Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry expertise to provide personalized, consultative beauty services to customers in-store
- Educate customers on Bobbi Brown products and techniques through demonstrations and personalized consultations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance the brand presentation and maintain competitive differentiation
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions

Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Legal right to live and work in Ireland

Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is desirable, though candidates with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are welcome to apply.
