Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a highly skilled makeup artist to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences at the Fenwick Brent Cross location. The role combines creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry with customer engagement, visual merchandising excellence, and participation in in-store events. While makeup artistry certification or previous retail experience is preferred, candidates with amateur-level expertise demonstrating strong creative and technical capabilities are encouraged to apply.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup artistry services and consultations to customers in the Bobbi Brown boutique
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of product lines and educate customers on makeup techniques and applications
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards throughout the retail space to ensure competitive differentiation
- Coordinate and execute in-store events and promotional activities as part of a high-performing team
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions efficiently during retail hours
- Support the boutique in achieving performance targets and delivering consistent brand excellence
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
