A creative Retail Artist role at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, where the successful candidate will deliver personalized in-store experiences through makeup artistry and technical expertise. This part-time position involves styling clients, demonstrating products, coordinating in-store events, and maintaining elevated visual merchandising standards across a high-performing retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke makeup artistry services and personalized customer consultations
• Educate customers on product benefits and application techniques to drive sales and brand loyalty
• Execute in-store events and promotional campaigns to maximize customer engagement
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to enhance the store's competitive positioning
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives
• Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or equivalent professional qualification (desirable)
• Previous retail or in-store makeup experience (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
• Authentic ability to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and events
• Right to live and work in Ireland (proof required at interview stage)

Experience
