Bobbi Brown seeks a Makeup Artist for its Zurich counter, starting January 1, 2027, or by agreement, to advise customers on their individual style and deliver makeup services. The role covers counter performance, consultations and sales, events and promotions, target achievement, and product presentation; it is a 100% position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the success of the counter.
- Create and apply personalized, creative makeup looks and touch-ups.
- Provide service-oriented advice and sell to the highest standard.
- Conduct and close customer consultations professionally.
- Implement the brand philosophy and contribute to achieving targets.
- Plan and deliver counter activities, promotions, and events.
- Ensure an appealing, high-quality product presentation.
Qualifications
- Hold a makeup artist diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Have completed vocational training, ideally in retail.
- Be entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and well organized.
- Work independently and with a goal-oriented approach.
- Present a polished appearance and demonstrate excellent interpersonal manners.
- Have good German skills; English and other languages are an advantage.
- Be flexible regarding working hours and weekend assignments.
