As a highly skilled makeup artist for Bobbi Brown, this role combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for customer engagement to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store beauty experiences. The artist will educate customers, lead in-store beauty events, and maintain the brand's high standards of visual merchandising while working as part of a high-performing retail team in a fast-paced environment. Certification in makeup artistry and prior retail makeup experience are desirable but not required; the company welcomes applicants demonstrating strong creative and technical skills and offers comprehensive training and development within a prestigious beauty organization.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store makeup application and consultations to customers with creative and technical expertise
• Educate customers on cosmetics products and techniques to enhance their beauty experience
• Lead in-store beauty events and demonstrations to drive engagement and sales impact
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure competitive differentiation
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with store team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to demonstrate high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Right to live and work in Poland

Experience

Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level makeup skills and demonstrated creative and technical expertise are welcomed to apply.

Education

Certification in makeup artistry or equivalent professional training (preferred); secondary education minimum.
