Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a creative and technically skilled makeup artist to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences that educate and delight customers. The role combines makeup application expertise with client consultation, visual merchandising excellence, and participation in high-impact in-store events. While makeup artistry certification or previous retail experience is preferred, applicants demonstrating strong creative and technical abilities at amateur level are welcome to apply.

Role & Responsibilities

• Apply makeup with technical precision and creative flair to enhance customers' features and educate on product benefits
• Deliver personalized customer consultations and product recommendations in a welcoming and inspirational manner
• Participate in planning and executing in-store events and promotional activities to drive sales and brand engagement
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to create a compelling shopping environment
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team to achieve store targets and brand objectives
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current with makeup trends, techniques, and Bobbi Brown brand offerings

Qualifications

• Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience (preferred; amateur-level experience considered if strong creative and technical expertise is demonstrated)
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Capability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Proof of right to live and work in Israel

Experience

Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level makeup experience who can demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply.

Education
