Bobbi Brown seeks a Makeup Artist for a 10-month temporary contract at John Lewis W1 in London. The role delivers personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and contributes to a high-performing team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical makeup expertise and a passion for people in customer interactions.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Help ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK if invited to interview.
