Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized makeup consultations and applications that educate and inspire customers
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Participate in in-store events and beauty demonstrations to create customer impact
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and counter presentation to differentiate the brand from competitors
- Provide inspirational and authentic customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical makeup expertise

Skills
Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous professional retail beauty experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level makeup experience demonstrating strong creative and technical expertise are welcome to apply.
Education
Makeup artistry certification is desirable but not required.
