The Makeup Artist sells products, manages daily store operations and inventory, provides beauty and makeup consultations and product demonstrations, and builds customer loyalty through after-sales follow-up. Candidates need at least 1 year of beauty or cosmetics retail experience; professional makeup training and current makeup artist experience are preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell products and manage daily store operations and inventory.
- Understand customer needs and provide professional beauty and makeup consultations and product demonstrations.
- Build strong customer relationships, follow up on the after-sales experience, and strengthen customer loyalty to Bobbi Brown.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in beauty or cosmetics retail.
- Candidates with professional makeup training and current experience working as a makeup artist are preferred.
- Good sales skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Cheerful, proactive, responsible, and a team player.
- Fluent Cantonese, good English, and Mandarin.
