Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry expertise to provide personalized and inspirational customer consultation and makeover services
- Educate customers on product benefits, techniques, and application tailored to individual preferences and skin types
- Execute in-store events and promotions in collaboration with the retail team to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and displays to ensure the boutique remains competitive and attractive
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions accurately
- Work flexibly across retail hours including daytime, evening, weekend, and special event shifts
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and build lasting client relationships
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or proven retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in Hong Kong
