Role & Responsibilities
- Apply and demonstrate makeup techniques to educate and delight customers during personalized in-store consultations
- Create an inspirational and welcoming retail environment through engaging customer interactions and technical artistry
- Execute high-impact in-store events and promotional activities as part of a high-performing team
- Maintain and exceed visual merchandising standards to differentiate the brand from competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software to process transactions and manage customer interactions efficiently

Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
