Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultation and application services utilizing Bobbi Brown products
- Accurately assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products tailored to individual preferences
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic product displays to uphold premium retail standards
- Actively participate in promotional campaigns, in-store events, and marketing initiatives
- Cultivate customer satisfaction and build lasting client relationships through authentic, inspirational service
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or prior retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience welcomed if supported by demonstrated creative and technical proficiency
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Hungary
- Intermediate English language proficiency (advantageous)

Previous experience in a retail or prestige beauty environment is desirable, though applicants with amateur-level makeup experience and strong customer-facing capabilities will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent. Makeup artistry certification or formal cosmetology training is preferred but not required.
