Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and product recommendations based on individual customer needs and skin tones
- Execute professional makeup applications and makeovers to showcase product benefits and inspire customer confidence
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, ensuring attractive and organized product displays
- Actively participate in promotional campaigns, marketing events, and in-store activations

- Support the retail team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high operational standards
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous professional makeup retail experience preferred; amateur-level makeup experience with demonstrated technical and creative expertise also considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a fast-paced retail setting
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Right to live and work in Hungary with documentation available upon request
Skills
Experience
Makeup artistry certification, previous retail makeup experience, or demonstrated amateur-level makeup expertise with strong technical and creative proficiency. Retail or customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred; secondary education or equivalent required.
