Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, a premium international brand under the Estée Lauder Companies umbrella, seeks a dedicated Makeup Artist to operate its counter in the Bern area beginning December 1, 2026. This full-time position requires a polished professional who combines expert makeup artistry with consultative selling to guide clients through personalized beauty transformations, while driving counter performance through brand representation and strategic customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure counter profitability and achievement of sales targets
- Create and execute type-appropriate makeup looks and touch-ups according to client preferences
- Deliver premium-level consultative selling and customer service
- Professionally conduct and close customer conversations
- Execute brand philosophy and drive goal attainment
- Plan and execute counter promotions, special events, and activations
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation standards
Qualifications
- Makeup artist diploma or equivalent qualification
