Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a passionate Makeup Artist & Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized skincare and makeup consultations in a luxury retail environment at CH Stary Browar mall. The successful candidate will drive sales through expert product knowledge, perform makeovers and color consultations, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets whilst elevating the salon's prestige.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert skincare and makeup consultations, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs and preferences
- Execute makeup applications and color matching services to enhance client confidence and satisfaction
- Drive sales through consultative selling, product recommendations, and in-store promotions
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain product knowledge of the Bobbi Brown and Estée Lauder portfolio to advise clients accurately
- Support the salon's brand image and ambiance through professional presentation and teamwork
Qualifications
- Formal cosmetology qualification or equivalent beauty education
- Demonstrated experience performing makeup applications or professional makeup training certification
- Strong sales or retail experience, or proven enthusiasm to develop within a sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for client service
- Passion for beauty trends and luxury cosmetics
- Positive attitude and ability to create welcoming experiences for clients
Skills
Experience
Experience in makeup application, beauty retail, or point-of-sale customer service is preferred; however, candidates with strong beauty passion and developing sales skills will be considered.
Education
Cosmetology qualification or equivalent professional beauty education is highly valued; makeup application training or certifications are advantageous.
