This freelance beauty consultant position with Bobbi Brown Cosmetics combines creative expertise and personalized customer engagement in a dynamic retail setting. The role centers on delivering inspirational consultations, maintaining visual merchandising excellence, and executing in-store events to drive customer connection and sales. Working as part of a high-performing retail team, the consultant will educate customers on product offerings and application techniques while maintaining operational excellence during flexible retail hours.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution (preferred)

Skills

Experience

Demonstrated experience in customer-facing service roles; retail or beauty industry background is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
