Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store consultations and create an inspirational customer experience at a prestige beauty retail location in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The role combines creative expertise with customer service excellence to execute visual merchandising displays, facilitate product demonstrations, and maintain high operational standards. This is a freelance, on-call position offering flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations tailored to individual customer needs
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain active product knowledge of Bobbi Brown offerings, including features, applications, and brand positioning
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal work authorization in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution (preferred)
